WE ARE THE CLEAN ENERGY REVOLUTION

ASHLEY GREMEL
CO-FOUNDER
Ashley's ride on the solarcoaster began while working for a start-up in Ghana.
She saw firsthand how solar could be a tool for their off-grid customers to live better lives. Ashley joined Sungevity in 2015 and leads production reporting and supports process improvements for Sungevity's preferred installer network. On the weekends, you can catch her installing systems on homes of low income families in the Bay Area. Ashley has worked in Ghana, Ethiopia, Nicaragua, and China, with a focus on inclusive business models and new solar technology.
She lives by the motto esse quam videri -- meaning to be, rather than to seem.
She intends to spend her life working on one of the most essential issues of our time: energy.

ARTHUR SCOTT IV
CO-FOUNDER
Arthur entered the solar industry in 2013 to lead the User Experience and User Interface design of Sungevity’s global software platform. In 2014 his passion for the equitable distribution of solar power led him to Zambia to assist Standard Microgrid with rural community electrification. In 2015 he Co-Founded Volta LLC. to bring affordable solar power to Ghana and West Africa and in 2016 he co-founded SFUN Corps (Solar For Universal Need) which provides opportunities for passionate Sungevity employees to work domestically and internationally on projects for communities who are addressing energy poverty, climate change, gender equality and economic empowerment through solar power.
He is often quoted as saying “I have 40 good years left in me if I’m lucky. I aim to spend every one of them at the tip of the spear of the clean energy revolution.”

SLOANE MORGAN
ADVISOR
An early solar enthusiast, Sloane went solar on her Berkeley, California home back in 2004 and was one of Sungevity’s first employees way back in 2007. She served as Sungevity’s Customer Experience Officer, leading the company’s charge to provide the very best experience in residential solar, making Sungevity’s customers’ solar journey so remarkable that friends told friends, who told their neighbors and so on. Then and now, making and keeping solar customers happy drives the demand and the votes that bring us closer to a clean energy powered world.

Her daily mantra (from a fortune cookie!) is “great things are accomplished only by the perfection of minor details.” Following that thinking, she now consults to start-ups and executives, helping them gain and keep customers happy through technology, social media, and customer service. When she’s not working, she loves visiting Nepal (drinking masala chai tea) and installing solar systems to support conservation of the amazing rhinos and tiger and elephants in Chitwan National Park!

HILARY PEARSON
ADVISOR
Hilary began her solar career with Sungevity back in 2011, eager to dive into improving the legislative and regulatory frameworks that impact solar at a state and federal level. As the head of policy at Sungevity, Hilary works to create and protect solar markets, a job that requires constant education as to the benefits solar is bringing to the mainstream. Drawn to Sungevity for it's vision of SFUN, Hilary is also involved as an Adviser to Solar Head of State, a non-profit organization that works to create an aspirational solar leadership club that inspires leaders to install solar energy on their own executive residence's and adopt favorable renewable energy policies in their respective countries.

KRISTINA AKSENOVA
AMBASSADOR - OAKLAND, CA
Kristina joined the Solar Movement in October 2014 as a graduate student in Northern Arizona University. Together with a group of her fellow university friends, she started a massive grassroots campaign in support of solar panel installation. They engaged over 3,000 supporters across campus, causing an unprecedented student collaboration with the University President on carbon neutrality and leading to the approval of a 700kW solar system. Left moved and inspired by the impact that became possible as a result of her passion for renewable energy, Kristina came to Sungevity where she helps drive company's product innovation strategy.
Having lived in Kazakhstan, Russia, France, Chile and the U.S. and speaking 5 languages, Kristina is inspired by human diversity and driven by continuous learning opportunities. She is committed to becoming a global leader that leaves people's lives transformed by introducing them to clean energy, shared economy and sustainable agriculture. While solar was not directly on Clarissa’s radar, Sungevity’s strong mission drew her in. She began work at Sungevity as one of the first 12 employees in the new Kansas City office in January 2015. The SFUN Corps became the perfect outlet for her to give back and become involved with other like minded individuals.
